So Extraordinary

Because this is so extraordinary, this love
I feel for her, I have to continue in these
efforts to capture it in words. As futile as
capturing champagne bubbles! My heart
expands with joy when I think of her.
A love for humanity that matches my own.

She gives me her word; she devotes herself
whole heartedly to this love, to this buoyant
relationship. Perhaps more effort would
be required to kept it from ascending into
the heavens! As if this love doesn’t need
our permission to be bigger than our
imaginations. We are swept along in
wave after wave of delight. There is no
limit to our imaginative conversations.
It seems we can continue in any direction,
whether making love or walking, reading or
sharing, there is always more to explore,
and our quick minds are always intrigued.
Goodness! And beauty! And the purest thoughts
color this love, brightly.

We fly! Our wings have never been this strong,
this determined.
